My opening times through the week are:

Monday - Friday

07.30 am - 18.00 pm

Closed Weekends

Holidays 

Normal contractual charge is payable during any holiday when we would normally mind your child. We take 4 weeks unpaid holiday a year.

Bank Holidays and Additional Days Off 

Full fee is payable if it falls on a contracted day. Any additional days off by parent full fee is payable. Any additional days off by childminder no fee payable.

Sickness 

Normal contractual charges are payable during any sickness your child may have. This is the case whether they have been collected part way through the day or if they do not attend at all.
I DO NOT expect to be paid if I am too ill to look after your child.

Special Outings 

Fees for special outings are variable depending on entrance charges. Any additional charges will be warned in advance and added to your next invoice. If you do not wish for your child to participate in the outing, you will be required to make other arrangements for childcare that day. There will be no reduction in fees for the day of the outing.
